One day, he texts you throughout the day and makes you feel like you are the best thing that ever happened to him and the next day, he doesn't text you and makes you feel like you are nothing to him.

You will become confused and begin to wonder if it was intentional. The truth is that he did it intentionally.

This type of behavior will make you wonder if you did something wrong and make you want his attention more.

He has put you in a situation where you are not certain about what is going on and this will give him the opportunity to control the relationship the way he likes.

A man who truly loves you will be consistent in his actions. He will not make you wonder if he truly cares about you or just playing mind games.

2. He ignores you

Being ignored by someone can result in a situation where the brain makes you feel like someone hurt you physically. He is ignoring you because he wants you to be anxious and want his attention desperately.
